RETURN & REFUND POLICY

8 Corners has a 7-day return policy. Our customers will have 7 days to request for a return upon receiving the item. To request for a return, you may reach us through our Facebook page where you will need to send a soft copy of your receipt. Return requests will be subject to approval considering our return request guidelines. Items sent back without the approved return request will not be accepted.

RETURN REQUEST GUIDELINES

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Items will be subject to inspection upon return. Only those that are proven to have multiple factory defects and noticeable upon assembly will be eligible for a refund. If there may be minimal factory defects, PARTIAL refund or replacement of the said part may be granted. Defects due to customer negligence will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURN ITEMS: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUND: Upon approval of your request and item inspection, you will be refunded based on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be dependent on the credit card company or your bank’s refund processing timelines.

EXCHANGE: We do not accept exchange of items. For exchange requests, we will first evaluate your return requests and process your refund. Once a refund is received, you may already purchase your new item.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellations and amendments are allowed but must be made 1 day prior to the agreed delivery date. Otherwise, a late cancellation handling fee will be charged.

If cancellation is initiated upon delivery, a delivery fee plus a late cancellation handling fee will be charged.
