WAITING PERIOD
ON HAND ITEMS
Five to ten (5-7) working days upon confirmation of order and payment.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Dates for pre-ordered items are estimates only and are subject to changes beyond our control. Your estimated delivery time is two to four (2-4) weeks after the ETA listed online.

Php 500.00 shipping fee *Allow 2-4 working days to receive a delivery text schedule (if correct fees settled) *Customer should apply and pay for all necessary toll fees, gate passes, working permits, truck fees and other permits needed for the delivery day. |

We currently do not offer this service. You may visit our Lazada website or Shopee website for orders outside Metro Manila |
- In case a reschedule is required due to unresponsive customer or incomplete permits to fulfill the transaction, corresponding fees apply.
- Damaged products pointed out to the delivery team may be replaced but reports of damaged orders after the delivery will not be accepted.

PICK-UP
- Allow 2-4 working days to receive a pick-up text status and type of car encouraged to be used for pick up since some items are bulky
- In the event that customer chooses to forgo of checking the item before leaving the pick up facility, the customer is held responsible for the condition of the items and Eight Corners Furniture & Design Hub will not be accountable to any damages undiscovered upon release
